The discussion includes medical history, prior treatments, areas of interest and an honest review of what may or may not be appropriate to consider.

There is no expectation to proceed with any treatment. The consultation is an information-gathering appointment.

Consultations are $50. This fee covers the time required for a thorough assessment, medical history review and discussion of suitable options.

A cosmetic consultation is a structured clinical appointment with a Registered Nurse to discuss your concerns, goals and suitability in a professional, judgement-free environment.

Who is suitable for a cosmetic consultation?

Suitability is reviewed individually. A range of factors are considered including skin health, medical history and goals. You must be over 18 years of age.

How long does it take?

Appointments are typically 40 minutes to an hour. This allows enough time for a thorough consultation that is not rushed.

Is there downtime?

As this is a consultation-only appointment, there is no downtime. If treatment is recommended and you choose to proceed, downtime will be discussed at that time.

How should I prepare?

Please come make-up free where possible, be prepared to take some baseline clinical photos, and bring a list of all current medications.

What aftercare is involved?

Written aftercare is provided and reviewed in clinic should you proceed with treatment.

Can I get treatment the same day?

This is dependant on assessment and what treatments are recommended. Some treatments may be available on the same day; others may require a separate appointment.

Will I get a follow up appointment?

Yes, for all treatments we offer a complimentary follow up consultation for 15 minutes to go over results and plan ahead.

Is it suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

Suitability during pregnancy or breastfeeding is assessed individually and may not be appropriate.
