Patient Safety & Information
Clinical governance, patient information and treatment safety.
At Vue Aesthetics, all treatments are delivered within a clinical framework that prioritises patient safety. All procedures carry potential risks and may involve downtime. The following information outlines general expectations, risks, and care considerations for our core treatments.

Our clinical approach
Vue Aesthetics operates within a clinical model of care. All treatments are delivered by qualified health practitioners and are guided by patient safety, ethical practice, and informed decision-making.
We are committed to providing clear, accurate, and balanced information so patients can make appropriate decisions regarding their care. All cosmetic treatments carry risk. Individual responses and outcomes vary.
Mandatory consultation & assessment
A consultation is required prior to any cosmetic medical treatment. This assessment includes:
- Review of your medical history and current health
- Discussion of your concerns and expectations
- Clinical assessment of suitability
- Consideration of alternative or no treatment options
- Explanation of risks, potential complications, and recovery
No treatment will be performed unless suitability has been determined.
Clinical autonomy
Our Registered Nurses are regulated health practitioners with a primary duty of care. We reserve the right to decline treatment, delay treatment, or recommend alternative approaches. This may occur where treatment is not considered clinically appropriate, safe, or in your best interest.
Informed consent
Informed consent is required before any treatment. This process ensures you understand:
- The nature of the procedure
- Risks and possible complications
- Expected recovery and aftercare
- Limitations and variability of results
You will have the opportunity to ask questions before proceeding.
Financial information
A clear and individualised treatment plan and pricing will be provided following consultation. Costs vary depending on treatment type, area treated, and individual clinical needs.
Individual variability
Treatment outcomes vary between individuals. Factors influencing outcomes may include:
- Age and skin condition
- Genetics
- Medical history
- Lifestyle factors
- Adherence to aftercare
No specific outcome can be guaranteed.
Age requirements
Cosmetic medical consultations and treatments are provided to patients aged 18 years and over. Identification may be requested.
