Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our policies respect both your time and our practitioners'.

At Vue Aesthetics, we understand that life can get busy, and sometimes plans change. Our policies are designed to respect both your time and that of our practitioners.

Cancellations & rescheduling

• We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or failure to attend will incur a $100 late cancellation / no-show fee, in line with our booking policy.
• This fee is automatically charged to the card on file and is non-refundable.

Refunds

• We do not offer refunds on services or treatments once they have been provided.
• Treatment outcomes vary between individuals; results cannot be guaranteed due to differences in anatomy, physiology, and lifestyle factors.
• Prepaid treatments, packages, or deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable, but may be credited toward another treatment or product at the practitioner's discretion.
• Refunds for product purchases will only be issued if the item is deemed faulty or has a manufacturing defect, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Booking deposits

• A deposit may be required to secure certain appointment types.
• This deposit will be credited toward your treatment on the day.
• If you cancel or reschedule with more than 48 hours' notice, your deposit remains on file for future use.

Late arrivals

• To ensure all clients receive their full appointment time, please arrive on time.
• If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and a cancellation fee may apply.

Consultation & eligibility

• All clinical treatments are subject to a medical assessment and practitioner approval.
• If you are deemed unsuitable for a treatment on the day, your consultation fee will still apply to cover your practitioner's time and expertise.
