Clear + Brilliant® is a gentle fractional laser treatment designed to support overall skin quality and address the early and visible signs of skin ageing. Using controlled fractional laser technology, the treatment creates millions of microscopic treatment zones within the skin while leaving surrounding tissue intact to support the skin's natural healing response. At Vue Aesthetics + Skin, every treatment is delivered within a nurse-led clinical environment by a Registered Nurse or qualified Dermal Therapist under clinical protocols and following a comprehensive consultation.

Every Clear + Brilliant treatment begins with an in-depth consultation to determine whether the treatment is appropriate for your skin and individual concerns. Your consultation includes a comprehensive skin assessment, review of your medical history and medications, assessment of skin suitability, discussion of expected outcomes and treatment limitations, review of potential risks, downtime and aftercare, and individualised treatment planning. Not every patient will be suitable for treatment; depending on your skin condition, medical history or treatment goals, alternative treatments or no treatment may be recommended.

What To Expect

A topical prescription numbing cream is typically applied before treatment to improve comfort. During treatment, the laser creates controlled microscopic treatment zones within the skin; most patients describe the sensation as warm with a mild prickling or vibrating feeling. Following treatment it is common to experience redness, mild swelling, warmth similar to sunburn, temporary skin sensitivity and a dry or rough "sandpaper" texture as the skin renews. These responses are expected and generally improve over the following days, although recovery varies between individuals. Diligent sun protection is essential following treatment. Clear + Brilliant is commonly recommended as a course of treatments generally spaced 4–6 weeks apart, with maintenance treatments discussed during consultation.
